We offer a 14-day return window beginning from the delivery date.

To qualify:

  • Items must remain unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Opened beauty, skincare, and cosmetic products are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect upon arrival

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photos and a description of the issue

Eligible cases may receive a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees on non-defective returns.

If a return label is provided by Skynsy, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after returned items are received and inspected.

Funds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions or payment providers.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns may not be approved if:

  • Requests are submitted beyond the 14-day return window
